I. General rules and regulations of the services offered by the Organizer
- These Regulations are regulations within the meaning of Article 834 of the Civil Code of Poland. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Parties.
- These Regulations determine the rules applicable after payment of the fee for admission to the shooting range and concern the possibility of admission to the shooting range and participation in activities offered by the Organizer.
- The decision to participate in activities organized by the Organizer (entry to the shooting range) is tantamount to acknowledgment, acceptance and commitment to comply with these Regulations by the Participant of the activities.
- The classes may be attended by persons of legal age (18yo) or having a written consent of a legal guardian to attend the classes (hereinafter also: “Participant”).
- By joining the classes, the Participant declares that he/she has no health contraindications to take part in the classes.
- The Participant shall be required to present an identity card or passport to confirm his identity.
- The participant is required to sign in the “register of stay” at the shooting range.
- Entry to the shooting range and use of the services offered by the Organizer is conditional on payment of a fee entitling to enter the shooting range and use of the services offered by the Organizer.
- As part of the admission to the shooting range, the Participant receives:
a) Admission to the shooting range (provision of a shooting stand) for a specified period of time;
b) Care / supervision of the Instructor conducting the shooting; - the Shooting instructor supervises and instructs on the rules and use of weapons, makes sure that the rules of the classes (workshops) are observed by the Participants, as well as takes care of their safety.
- In the absence of own weapons and ammunition, the Participant is obliged to pay a fee for the provision of weapons and ammunition. The amount of the fee and how to pay it is specified on the sub-page of the selected package of classes (training, camp).
- During training with firearms and while at the shooting range, each Participant is required to:
a) Absolutely obey the instructions of the Instructor or the person conducting the shooting, under pain of removal from the shooting range;
b) Observe the regulations on shooting stances;
c) Wear protective goggles and ear protection;
d) Observe safety rules, in particular, it is prohibited to carry and move loaded weapons during training (outside the shooting stand)
e) Operate the weapon outside the areas designated for this purpose by the instructor or the person in charge of the shooting;
e) Participate only in activities adapted to the Participant’s state of health and physical predisposition;
f) Comply with the Regulations of the shooting range, under pain of removal from the activities (shooting range). - Participants are prohibited from:
a) Going behind the line of fire without clear permission of the Instructor or the person in charge of the shooting;
b) Consuming alcohol or taking intoxicants immediately before or during the class, under pain of removal from the shooting range (classes). Participant taking part in the training must also not be under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants, under pain of removal from the shooting range (classes).
c) Touching other people’s weapons or ammunition without permission of the owner;
d) Pointing the barrel’s muzzle in a direction other than the main shooting range’s bullet trap, in particular it is forbidden to point the weapon towards people, animals or other people’s property;
14) The Organizer shall not be liable for any items damaged or left by the Participant during the course of the activity (staying at the shooting range).
II. Terms of payment / refund
- The Participant undertakes to pay the fee by the date and amount specified on the sub-page of the selected package of activities/trainings/camps (purchased pass).
- In case of notification of inability to participate in activities offered by the Organizer on:
a) >21 days before its commencement, you are entitled to a refund of 100% of the deposit, or the possibility of changing to another available date;
b) 21-7 days before the start of the training/workshop/camp, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the deposit;
c) < 7 days before the start of the training/workshop/camp, the Organizer does not provide any compensation.
